I'm Adrian, a product leader based in Singapore with 13 years spent architecting digital products that make operations simpler. Today I'm Chief Architect at DoBeyond, owning the technical vision for an AI agentic platform that helps enterprises automate work with large language models.
For the past several years I've also led product at IoTalents — building an HR-tech suite from applicant tracking to mentorship and CRM, delivered as white-label solutions for government, universities, and businesses. I started out as an engineer building resume parsers and crawlers from scratch, and that hasn't changed.
